Linux Mint 18.1<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Cinnamon and MATE editions of Linux Mint 18.1 are coming out this week. I hope you’ll enjoy the release and have a wonderful time with it.<\/p>\n

We’ll also make announcements as soon as paths are ready for people who want to upgrade to it.<\/p>\n

New PIA Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

We’ve been working with PIA<\/a> on a new application to set up your PIA VPN connection.<\/p>\n

Once configured, PIA and Mint work great together… it can be a little tricky to find all the information and to configure your connection at first, so we tried to tackle that.<\/p>\n

With PIA Manager all you need is your username and password. You choose your gateway, press the Save button and your VPN is ready to go.<\/p>\n
